Our floor installation process has been designed not just to be fast but also to be top-tier when it comes to overall quality. The meticulous process allows us to install most garage floors in just ONE day with the system, resulting in countless satisfied customers in Toronto and the surrounding area.

Our floor installation includes the following steps:

Concrete Grinding

We start by mechanically grinding the concrete surface to remove traces of old coatings, stains, oils, glue and grime. This step also ensures the correct concrete profiling and guarantees that the adhesion of the flooring will be the best and the strongest kind.

Floor repair

Next in our process is repair. We will repair any cracks and holes in the concrete, before moving onto installing your new garage floor. This step is crucial in ensuring the structural integrity of both the concrete floor and the epoxy coating.

Floor Installation

Once we are happy with the look of the concrete, we then mix our polyaspartic coating and apply a coat. We then add the decorative flakes that you choose and let it dry. This takes roughly an hour. We then smooth out the floor, vacuum again, and finally apply a clear gloss topcoat to finish off this unique, beautiful floor system. After 24 hours you may walk on the floor and after 72 you can drive on it without any worries, EVER!
